Broadcast Pitches at Victory Field

The next Meet the Media session of the 2009 season will take place on August 19
at Victory Field.
We’ll meet some of Indy’s long-standing broadcast journalists who cover a
variety of beats, utility players in their own right. They can handle curves,
breaking balls, sliders, change-ups, knuckleballs, and of course, fastballs.
We’ll throw out the first pitch at 8 a.m., hearing from Kimberly King, WXIN-Fox
59 reporter; Julie Pursley, WRTV-Channel 6 reporter; and Phil Sanchez,
WISH-Channel 8 reporter. Come meet these media and learn best practices when
pitching story ideas.
